Leading US law firm with stunning offices is searching for an accomplished, driven and proactive Corporate Legal EA to join their busy and growing London office.
Salary to £62,500
Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day remote)

The Corporate Legal EA will be responsible for delivering key support to Partners, Counsel and Associates in the Corporate practice group. Previous experience in this area or similar is desirable although not essential, however strong, proven, proactive, legal support experience is paramount.
Key duties for the Corporate Legal EA:
- Manage diary, calendars, emails, travel, client correspondence, files, documents, and reports on behalf of busy Fee-Earners
- Anticipate needs of Fee-Earners by identifying potential issues and using initiative to anticipate those needs
- Prepare and organise new client matters and engagements
- Keep up to date records and tracking charts for Fee-Earners
- Handle complex billing matters
- Work with IT teams to ensure all fee-earner equipment is up to date and functioning to full capacity
- Ownership of special projects ensuring completion to the highest standard
Key requirements for the Corporate Legal EA:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm
- Strong working knowledge of all MS programmes and ability to pick up new software quickly
- Degree educated would be beneficial
