Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Comms: Take home minimum 40% of billings - no threshold

OTE: Y1: £70,000+

Our client is a boutique agency that specialise in placing professionals into the NHS, Local Government, Central Government and NFP. They cover Healthcare, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT & Digital on a permanent and interim basis.

Founded in 2015, this business is led by Seniors with 15+ years recruitment experience and have been with this company from the start. They have created a values driven agency alongside an extremely high performing environment with Consultants doubling their billings and beyond in their first year of joining!

Performance: Top biller generated £900,000 in 2024 and on track for £1M+ in 2025. Average billings across business £300,000-400,000.

The role:

  • Join an extremely warm and fast paced desk, working directly with a Senior who is an expert in the field
  • Actively source and qualify candidates, managing the process end to end including client's needs and expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships in the market and keep up to date with industry news
  • Work to improve recruitment efficiency

Your profile:

We are looking for hard-working, competitive and social individuals who are both career and financially driven. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 18 months-3 years prior public sector recruitment experience (NFP/Charity ideal but not essential)
  • A track record of working hard (e.g. worked alongside studies, competed in sports teams, achieved strong academics, high level extra-curricular, ran your own business etc.)
  • Highly results driven
  • Confident, strong communicator and personable
