Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Data Centre Focused)

Duration: long-term contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid (X2 days/ week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across bank real estate portfolio. This will include new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation and building exits; with further support of technology upgrades to systems which support that estate, such as Protective Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager who has previously delivered multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and the practical integration of Technology deliverables into that process.
• Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
• Coordinating multiple and concurrent projects and delivering to strict deadlines.
• Waterfall and Agile frameworks to deliver Infrastructure projects.
• Financially literate, able to analyse financial data and contextualise into conclusions and recommendations.
• Managing projects in line with structured governance frameworks, in a regulated industry.
