London, 3 days in the office, 2 from home. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for all SMF17 duties, shaping the frameworks and policies for financial crime. We’re looking for someone who is super commercial, who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, to come in with a fresh pair of eyes and show the business what a great financial crime function looks like. The policies and systems here need some TLC, so the ideal candidate will have worked for a medium sized firm/scale up and has been very hands on implementing change.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previously held SMF17 (desirable)
  • Ideally you will have FX/payments experience
  • Solid experience leading a financial crime function, or acting as a Deputy
  • Current right to work in the UK
