This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Director to flourish with a book of clients within the learning and capabilities space.
You will be part of our Client Engagement Team that leads large accounts at Inizio Engage XD level working on account. This includes:
- Accountability for growth, both by increasing volume or diversifying services with existing buying points and building relationships with new buying points within your clients' organisation.
- You will build a strategic understanding of your client's business and where XD's capabilities can support.
- Partner with subject matter experts in the service lines to shape opportunities and solutions to client problems.
- Stewardship of MSAs, ensuring adoption of Service level agreements, ways of working and processes.
- Onboarding new client contacts into the agency at an XD level.
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of business that may focus on specific areas of a large account, a group of smaller.
