Due to our continued growth, we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester office to deliver on our major accounts as well as develop and grow this sector further.

About the role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will take on a tailored training plan designed to develop all the relevant skills to be a successful Consultant here at Compass Associates. You will be recruiting within your dedicated sector on behalf of our Healthcare clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.
You’ll have existing accounts to deliver on, plus the opportunity to maximise our existing client base, and developing the sector further by carrying out new business development activities to increase our presence in the market. You'll be involved in everything from identifying and winning new clients, taking a full and comprehensive job brief, writing job adverts, engaging with candidates, arranging interviews, dealing with objections and providing constructive feedback to candidates, managing job offers and negotiating salaries.
What kind of person are we looking for?
Ideally you'll have previous sales experience, or experience of working to targets. You'll be driven and ambitious with bags of enthusiasm and committed to starting a career in recruitment. You’ll have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients and be keen to continue to develop your knowledge of the sector while you progress with us. A good work ethic and strong team focus will also help you succeed in your career with us!
