A well-established Property Finance Lender is currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager to join their expanding team in the Bridging Finance Sector. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Manager.

As a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager, you will be required to manage the Loan pipeline in order to progress a client’s application from start to completion in an efficient and professional manner. You will work closely with brokers, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure all caseloads are processed in an effective and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for all clients pre-submission of application, also post-completion.
  • Uploading supporting documents to the lender’s portal.
  • Calling lenders/providers for any updates on mortgage/insurance applications and gathering additional information/missing documents from clients.
  • Verifying ID/Documents ensuring applicants meet the lender’s criteria.
  • Completing AML and compliance checks as a risk prevention.
  • Updating the in-house system ensuring all notes are clear and accurate.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience within Mortgage administration or case management working for a lender or a broker. My client will look at Brokers wanting to move back into administration.
  • Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience managing/prioritising own caseloads.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
