Premises Assistant Required Location: Rochester Position: Full Time Start Date: ASAP Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Secondary School based in Rochester that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking premises assistant to join their site team immediately. Key Responsibilities: Completing general maintenance duties. Performing minor repairs and refurbishments. Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks. Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises. Requirements: Previous site/premises experience required. School experience is an advantage but not essential. Must have a fully Enhanced DBS. General maintenance experience. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
