Cool Recruitment are currently recruiting for LGV1 drivers for our clients based in the Glasgow area. Our clients are market leaders and due to increased volumes have a requirement to increase driver numbers to ensure orders are delivered. The role will be driving LGV 1 vehicles and will include a mixture of trunking and deliveries to stores & regional distribution center’s as required. You will need; – Valid LGV 1 held for at least 12 months – Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card – Max of 6 points with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT codes -Must be diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly. Successful candidates will be required to carry out loading & unloading at some delivery points so must be happy to carry out the physical side of the role. Pay for this role will start from £16 per hour £23 per hour (PAYE & Holiday Pay accrued) depending on shift/hours being worked.
