As The Product Developer:
As our next Product Developer, you’ll work closely with a Senior team member to bring innovative, commercially-viable products to life. Your role will see you working across all stages of product development, from concept to launch. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for both the product and the brand. If you’re experienced, driven, and excited to make a real difference, this role is for you.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Development (preferably in fashion)
- A strong ability to manage the critical path and delivery schedule with merchandising support
- A passion for new concepts and the ability to collaborate with the design team to create standout products
- Deep experience in sourcing and developing high-quality fabrics and trims
- Ability to work to tech pack and sampling deadlines to ensure seamless product launches
- Confident in presenting new product ranges to the Senior Leadership Team
- A true understanding of the consumer and how our products represent the brand image
- Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of costing products while maintaining healthy margins and protecting the brand's pricing architecture
- Comfortable leading weekly sign-offs, ensuring every product is spot on before launch
- Experience working with in-house web and trading teams to get new products online and showcased with partners
- Attend fit sessions alongside our Garment Technologist and Designer to ensure the perfect fit and finish
