Motorfair Sales Consultant – Join Our Team!

Location: Well-established, family-owned dealership (Est. 1953), part of the growing Worcester Carsales Group.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

OTE: £45k+ (uncapped) Company Car + Pension + Staff Discount

We’re looking for a motivated car sales consultant with 2+ years’ experience in new & used car sales (training available for the right person). You’ll guide customers from first contact to final sale, delivering a top-class experience every time.

What we offer:

  • Commission on vehicle profit, F&I, service plans, insurance add-ons
  • Strong-performing, profitable department
  • Normal hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm
  • 5.5 days/week (day off in the week, work Sat & alt. Sundays)
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements:

  • Proven sales record
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident F&I and VAP selling
