Role: Product Sales Team Lead UK / EMEA preferred | East Coast US considered

Are you a credible sales leader ready to take ownership of an industry-defining product? We’re looking for a strategic player/coach to lead the sales charge for a flagship product for a client of ours in the video technology space. This is not just a leadership role - it’s an opportunity to shape how a product reaches market.

Why this Role Matters

The product is live, conversations are happening and opportunities are waiting to be closed. We’re not looking for someone to sit back and assess for six months — we want someone who can hit the ground running, build pipeline momentum, and close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the front – act as a hands-on sales leader and mentor; close deals while growing your team
  • Build, grow and lead a high-performing sales team with input into recruitment, training and development
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity across key verticals
  • Develop go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product and Marketing
  • Challenge the business with fresh perspectives on how best to position and sell the product
  • Maximise team performance – focus existing efforts, sharpen sales messaging, and expand reach
  • Build partnerships – identify and grow partnerships with organisations that amplify market presence
  • Represent the product – get in front of clients, attend conferences, and become the face of the platform
  • Own pipeline execution – from new logo acquisition to contract negotiation and CRM reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with experience in media tech, or adjacent verticals
  • Credibility to inspire customers and internal stakeholders alike
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and execute with autonomy
  • Comfortable with complexity – from product-fit conversations to navigating partner ecosystems
  • Strong commercial acumen and a bias toward action
