About the role
As a Lead Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, implementation, and support services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and utilisation of our products or services. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Provide consultancy services to clients on best practices, system optimisations, and process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Solution Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of our products or services according to client specifications. Configure, customise, and integrate solutions to meet client requirements. Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of our products or services and stay updated on new features and advancements. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to address product gaps or technical challenges encountered during implementations.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or related roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are a plus.
