With a national presence and a well-earned reputation for excellence, they work extensively with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), delivering high-quality projects with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. Following the recent award of two major frameworks – each valued at c£20 million over 3 years – we are seeking a high-calibre Operations Manager to take full ownership of these schemes in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. These frameworks focus on retrofit works under the SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) and represent a significant strategic step in our client’s continued growth. The Role: Reporting directly to an Operations Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of both contracts in their entirety. This is a critical leadership role requiring operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of planned refurbishments.
