This established independent tour operator is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across digital, content, CRM, and brand functions.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline activities.
- Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Use data and insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and performance continuously.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI.
Experience Required:
- Current experience as a Marketing Manager within the travel industry.
- Proven leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital channels, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial focus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The Package:
- A generous starting salary of £55,000 – £60,000.
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to the London office.
