About the Role:
As a key member of our rapidly growing AI Product team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative AI solutions for our clients. This small but dynamic team is packed with product and data science experts, including specialists in generative AI. Together, we tackle our clients' biggest challenges with a product-driven approach, ensuring our solutions are as impactful as they are transformative.
What You'll Do:
- Explore the Art of the Possible: Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging emerging technologies and design thinking techniques. Help inspire clients by identifying innovative AI solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Accelerate Impact with Products: Lead the charge in testing new ideas through rapid experimentation and proof of concept. Once validated, transform them into fully productionised AI products that make a real difference for users.
- Enable Change with AI: Don’t just create AI solutions—integrate them into everyday business operations. We go beyond deployment, helping businesses adopt AI in sustainable and impactful ways, building the right culture and operating model along the way.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies and approaches.
- Eligible for security clearance is essential.
