A leading national insurance litigation firm is seeking a Property Damage Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its expanding Manchester-based team.

Quality commercial litigation work

The successful candidate will work on a broad and technically challenging caseload, including:

• Complex property damage claims involving fire, flood, construction, environmental and chemical incidents
• Subrogated recovery actions and coverage disputes
• General liability and insurance litigation matters
• Opportunities to assist on wider commercial litigation, including contractual disputes

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the firm\’s national offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Candidate profile

Applicants should be:

• A Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years\’ PQE
• Experienced in property damage, insurance litigation, recoveries or general commercial litigation
• Strong in legal drafting, analysis and client communication
• Commercially aware, proactive and motivated to contribute to team growth
