Grid Connection Manager Independent Power Producer (IPP) London (hybrid) Circular Resourcing are working with a leading European IPP based in London who are looking to recruit a Grid Connection Manager to join their London based team. Salary: client open to negotiation due to competitiveness of this market at present. Additional bonus and benefits provided. The role will be based on a hybrid basis (2 days per week) from the London office. There may be considerations for candidates outside of this area with the right experience, on a case-by-case basis to work remotely. If this applies to you, please do reach out. You will have a deep understanding of grid connection process in the UK, as well as a strong background in utility scale Solar / Storage Projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of clean energy solutions and play a vital role in promoting a sustainable future. You’ll be the key liaison with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), and other stakeholders to secure grid connection agreements. You’ll manage all aspects of the grid connection process for solar and energy storage projects, including: Evaluating / assessing grid connection options Considering technical, financial, and regulatory factors Collaborating with Project Management Team and other areas of the business to ensure integration of grid connection activities within project timelines.
