Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Sourcing Manager to join their vibrant Group Sourcing and Supplier Management (GS&SM) team! About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of the sourcing process, collaborating with a diverse group of colleagues and partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage elements of the end-to-end Business Service Process (BSP) design, working closely with partners to maximise impact and value.
- Support the Sourcing Product Owner in change and release management, maintaining our strategic roadmap and process maps.
- Provide guidance and advice to ensure efficient and effective colleague journeys.
- Collaborate with sourcing leads and business stakeholders to reflect user experience and feedback in product design.
- Plan and deliver change pipelines, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and effective communication.
- Utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and refine sourcing templates, guidance materials, and process documentation.
- Engage with tools such as SAP Ariba, SAP Enable Now, and ServiceNow to design, test, and train on new or updated processes.

- Proven experience in procurement and sourcing categories, successfully leading projects in an agile environment.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining processes within a risk management framework.
