Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for a Project Manager for an initial 12 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a 132kV substation in West Yorkshire. The engagement would be on a hybrid basis.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 132kV Substation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a new build high-voltage substation project from design through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects in the power transmission and distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end execution of 132kV substation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation measures.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project stages.
