The ideal candidate will have significant experience, particularly in handling pre-litigated RTA cases. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks such as conducting initial investigations, gathering witness statements, reviewing medical records, assessing quantum, and negotiating settlements. The Ideal Candidate:
- Paralegal with experience in managing caseloads of MOJ/OIC claims
- Background in handling Credit Hire cases
