Futureheads is working in partnership with a globally renowned marketing agency that uses strategy, creativity, and cutting-edge tech to deliver high-impact experiential campaigns and digital experiences for their clients, with a big focus on live events. Externally, their work is revered, and internally, they’ve fostered a ‘no ego’, collaborative and creative culture of innovation, where everyone has a voice and internal mobility is encouraged. They are a truly international business with offices across 5 continents, and we’re currently helping them make a key hire into their 120-person London team – a Digital Production Director.

As a Digital Production Director, you will sit within their Creative Technology team and oversee digital delivery across their global client base, driving innovative and immersive experiential marketing solutions, while also helping to build out the team’s capabilities as a whole. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will blend line and matrix management, help streamline operations & processes, manage resource planning, and serve as the expert link between the agency, their clients, and external partners.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in an agency, with a track record of global brand work.
  • Exceptional project & programme management skills.
  • Experience with live environment/experiential production.
  • Passion for delivering digital innovation work and proven expertise across a range of immersive and screen-based technologies.
  • Able to guide, support, and empower cross-functional teams, and still be hands-on where necessary.
  • Commercially minded, with experience owning large-scale digital budgets and driving programme profitability.
  • Expert-level client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience supporting and aligning with teams in different regions within an international business.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to Europe and the Middle East.
