We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that is looking for WMS Technical / Functional Support Analysts to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM PROJECT. Role: Blue Yonder WMS Support Analyst Location: Daventry, UK Rate: up to £650 per day (inside IR35) Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend) Role Description: Support (Techno Functional) consultant having 6-12years of experience in supporting Blue Yonder WMS and Redprarie. Key Responsibilities: Work as support consultant providing techno functional support for Blue Yonder WMS/Red Prarie WMS Work with customer to resolve issue in WMS areas Coordinate with BY team to resolve product and performance issues Work with integration teams for integration issues Lead customer calls and coordinate with offshore Key Skills: 6 – 12 years of BY WMS with experience of support and enhancements Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels Strong experience in integration of JDA WMS with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well , product configuration, troubleshooting,batch monitoring etcetc. Good knowledge of Inbound,Outbound,Warehouse setup etc Knowledge of RF devices and label printing Knowledge of WMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WMS Knowledge of support process ,SLAs etc Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply promptly and we will contact you to discuss it further.
