A leading provider of heating solutions is seeking experienced Gas Service Engineers to deliver high-quality gas services across social housing properties. This is a subcontract role, offering consistent work and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out gas servicing in social housing properties (average of 10+ properties per day).
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Work collaboratively to meet scheduled targets and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
- CCN1 β Core Domestic Gas Safety
- CENWAT β Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
- CPA1 β Combustion Performance Analysis
- CKR1 β Domestic Cookers
- HTR1 β Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
Requirements:
- Own van and tools
- Public and employerβs liability insurance
- Valid UK driving licence
- Signed ACS Certificate
- Gas Safe registration card
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work documents (passport or birth certificate)
- Calibration certificate for equipment
- Valid motor insurance
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in social housing gas servicing is highly desirable.
Payment Details:
- Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
- Payments made to LTD or Sole Trader accounts
- Must be CIS registered unless you have Gross Payment Status
- CIS payments are subject to a small weekly admin fee
- All payments processed via Rock Recruitment
