Travelling Personal Assistant and Luxury Concierge

An exciting opportunity for a Travelling Personal Assistant to support a young principal as his private travel concierge. You'll ensure seamless experiences, sometimes travelling ahead, and be the go-to for all arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Travel 1 day in advance
\\nLiaison at airport on arrival / departure with service providers
\\nRemain invisible unless required to be in-person
\\nOn standby in hotel lobby or rental property side room for the duration
\\nLiaison with all hotel staff / rental property agent and contractors
\\nLocal personal shopping
\\nLocal activity research and booking
\\nResponsible for all bookings from start to finish
\\nThe Responsibilities when Principals are travelling but you are not needed:

\\n\\n

On standby 24/7, ready for trips
\\nManagement of flights, accommodation, transportation, etc..
\\nVisa management
\\nMaintain constant eye of local activities and news which may affect the trip
\\nMatch sleep pattern with your time zone (where reasonable)

\\n\\n

The Requirements:

\\n\\n

Perfect spoken and written English
\\nTravel expert
\\nMinimum 5 years’ experience as private PA or 5* concierge
\\nLocated in UK, EU
\\nFully remote role when not travelling with Principals
\\nLateral thinker and high emotional intelligence
\\nConfident, calm, and independent
\\nRapid response to all calls and messages
\\nTeam player. Supported constantly by COS
