About the role
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them all. As part of our mobile team in Bath, you will keep a number of local grounds in wonderful condition for our client as well as leading and supporting a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives. It's a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
- Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desired.
- A full valid UK driving license is essential as this is part of a mobile team.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
