Our reception and front office team are positioned in the heart of our stunning ground floor lobby and are the focal point for hotel guests checking in for their stay. Surrounded by our F&B venues and with live music every day, it’s a unique place to work with a lively, vibrant atmosphere.
As Front Office Supervisor, you’ll work alongside and oversee the team of smiling faces that start all guests’ stay with the outstanding hospitality that The Ned is known for.
What’s the role?
Reporting into the Front Office management team, you will:
- Lead a team of front office receptionists who will look after all arriving and departing guests
- Provide an amazing first and last experience for every Hotel guest
- Supervise the daily operation, setting the team up for success and providing hands-on support whilst working alongside them
- As a junior member of the leadership team, you will be a guardian of outstanding hospitality and knowledge within your team, modelling behaviours and providing coaching, feedback, and training where needed
What you can bring to the role:
- As the first point of contact for guest and member enquiries, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
- Previous experience in a front office role in a similar environment is a non-negotiable, and previous supervisory experience is advantageous
- High standards are essential as our customers and guests expect the best
- An organised and detailed manner is non-negotiable, able to manage multiple priorities and a busy operation at the same time
- A calm demeanour and a genuine passion for providing guests with exceptional hospitality is essential
- A desire to progress is welcome but not essential
