Stanton House is recruiting for an Investment Analyst/Associate to join an Investment Management Firm in London. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office and the rest from home. This is a fantastic, commercially driven role that involves managing a broad range of responsibilities while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit analysis, assign ratings, and attend tenant/borrower meetings
  • Support deal pricing and Investment Committee papers in coordination with clients
  • Manage a credit portfolio and contribute to sector research
  • Use financial models for credit analysis, structuring, valuation, and scenario testing
  • Assist Client Solutions with business development activities
  • Prepare investment reports, factsheets, and investor responses
  • Coordinate input from legal, regulatory, and financial advisers
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS)
  • Real estate knowledge and valuation experience, preferably RICS qualified or equivalent
  • Proactive and able to work independently or in a team
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and curious
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong writing skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Experience in credit risk and financial statement analysis is advantageous
