A growing IFA/ Wealth Management firm based in Taunton is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator, paying up to £38,000 plus bonus and benefits, to join their ambitious team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join a well-known company during a period of exciting change and growth!
You will be required to work in collaboration with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to process new and existing business, while also providing full administrative support in accordance with the firm's administrative processes and FCA Regulations.
Duties will include the following:
- Client Reviews
- Processing of new business
- Preparation of Compliance/ Provider documentation
- Fund Switches
- Plan Withdrawals
- Obtaining fund values from Providers
- Answering client queries
The ideal candidate will come from an IFA background and will be looking to further their career in this industry. You will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess excellent time management skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You must have used Intelligent Office experience and be confident using it.
