- Design, develop and deploy chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot workflows that meet customer needs.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience.
- Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services to provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insights.
