Compliance Recruitment Solutions was established over 25 years ago and our senior management are former Compliance staff with partnerships in Dublin, Geneva & Madrid, a global network and a track record of international placements. We believe in treating all candidates with respect, use our technical knowledge to ensure our candidates have the best chances, offer proper careers advice and do not recommend anyone to go forward to roles we feel are inappropriate.
As the ever-growing, lucrative & secure Compliance job market expands, we are now looking for new Business Development Consultants. After full training as to the nuances of Anti Money Laundering, Compliance and other relevant functions, you will be encouraged to develop your own clientele from both cold & warm leads. Once you have a new client firm interested, an experienced Consultant will finalise the detailed requirements and run the assignment, leaving you free to focus on winning more business.
You will be working the hours and days that you choose as the positions are self-employed initially, whether part-time or full-time and WFH anywhere in the UK, unless you prefer to come into the office (next to the Bank of England in the City) some or all the week. We pay generous commission but no basic wage is included to start with.
We are interested in anyone with existing Recruitment experience or broader B2B sales experience especially if to Financial or Professional Services clients. Also, whilst remote based you should still be within the UK as it would be good to occasionally meet for training or social occasions.
