This role involves the manual production of high-quality compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms, working with wire up to 16mm. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Production teams to support custom solutions and high-quality output for our customers. Key Responsibilities Manufacture compression, extension, and torsion springs, as well as wire forms, using hand coil methods for wire up to 16mm. Contribute to research, development, and design projects aimed at solving customer engineering challenges. Provide engineering solutions by using Lee Spring products to meet customer specifications. Maintain clear communication with internal departments to support production requirements. Perform basic toolmaking tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.Skills & Requirements Proficiency in hand coil spring manufacturing. Basic computer skills. Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to various production needs.
