Location: City of London

Office five days per week – no hybrid

Salary is negotiable plus high uncapped bonuses

About the Role: My client is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales graduate(s) to join the inhouse Sponsorship Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their career in B2B sales, working with high-profile clients across events, conferences, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored sponsorship solutions that drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential sponsors across a range of sectors.
  • Research and understand client needs to create compelling sponsorship proposals.
  • Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship packages.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, calls, and at industry events.
  • Actively prospect and engage new Suppliers using a variety of channels including (but not limited to) cold calling; email; LinkedIn; networking events
  • Conduct Discovery Calls

Ideal Fit:

  • A sales executive with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to think commercially and identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or internship experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ambitious Sales graduates who are looking to earn a six figure salary in time
  • Consultative, hardworking , competitive, winning mentality
  • Newly qualified graduates will also be considered providing they are super keen to begin a career within b2b sales
