About the Role: My client is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales graduate(s) to join the inhouse Sponsorship Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their career in B2B sales, working with high-profile clients across events, conferences, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored sponsorship solutions that drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential sponsors across a range of sectors.
- Research and understand client needs to create compelling sponsorship proposals.
- Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship packages.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, calls, and at industry events.
- Actively prospect and engage new Suppliers using a variety of channels including (but not limited to) cold calling; email; LinkedIn; networking events.
- Conduct Discovery Calls.
