Your new company I am currently partners with a Property Asset company who are vastly expanding their Asset Management team due to some exciting growth plans moving forward. The company have been operating for under 10 years and are quickly becoming a major player in the Property sector! Your new role Strong financial management – focus on fee billing and cash collection Experience managing Trophy Assets Ability to identify asset opportunities and lead on them Actively participates with all business initiatives and promotes with other members of the team. Maintains and develops relationships with clients Ability to entertain and socialise with clients at corporate events with confidence Adaptable and has ability to perform for a range of types of clients and asset types Understands client’s aims and provides tailored, strategic advice Works as part of a team and understands other job roles Recognises when it is appropriate to delegate work to team Reviews outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure they are both accurate and relevant and identifies areas for improvement Good local and national market knowledge Contributes to business plans/aims Actively involved in local networking Looks to be actively involved in wider business initiatives What you’ll need to succeed Good computer skills to maximise us of our prop tech platforms, Coyote, MRI Qube, Quooda, Energy portals, Power BI tools.
