Trainee Acoustic Consultant Location: Croydon Salary: £25,000 Aztrum is pleased to be working with an expanding Acoustic Consultancy who work on a variety of exciting projects across sectors including architecture, engineering, and environmental design. From designing immersive soundscapes to minimising noise pollution in urban environments, there will be plenty for you to get started on! Joining as the newest member of the team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects ranging from concert halls and theatres to residential developments and transportation infrastructure. Duties will include: Site visits Noise monitoring Acoustic modelling Acoustic calculations Input at acoustic design meetings Write technical reports Professional developmentWhat are the requirements for this role? Educated to Degree level in Acoustics, or another relevant degree such as Physics, Sound Engineering or Mathematics with Acoustics related modules or dissertations. Alternatively, candidates with a post-graduate qualification such as the IOA Diploma can be considered. Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Passion for all things Acoustics!
