Exciting opportunity to join the biggest UK law firm as a Reward Specialist. You will join the HR Operations team and report into the Senior Manager and have the responsibility for managing the BAU compensation activities alongside some new and exciting reward projects. This role can be based anywhere in the UK and offers hybrid working (London, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, Glasgow or Edinburgh office locations). Main responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy Leading on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting and benchmarking Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders Day to day management of two Reward Analysts Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm Drive a process of continual improvement Please apply for further information on this opportunity.
