Join my clients vibrant team as a Sales Administrator , where you’ll play a crucial role in connecting departments, suppliers, and customers while keeping our factory operations running smoothly. Your Role at a Glance: Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and social media with professionalism and care-liaise with third-party couriers to ensure timely resolutions. Manage and monitor stock Keep packaging stock in check, placing timely orders with suppliers to maintain supply flow. Raise invoices and credit notes using financial systems and online ordering platforms. Print courier labels, organize deliveries, and provide pick lists for factory dispatch.
