As the Head of Sales, you\’ll be responsible for:

• Leading business development efforts in residential and commercial bridging finance.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and intermediaries.

• Identifying new opportunities to increase sales performance.
• Supporting growth initiatives and fostering a culture of achievement.
• Building and leading a sales team to meet targets and achieve growth.

• Annual salary of 55,000 – 65,000.
