Position: Support Worker Location: Crewe Salary: £12.44 per hour Hours: 42 hours p/w on a rolling rota and alternate weekends. Nights will be required according to the needs of the service. Job Role: SSP are growing and we are looking for experienced support staff to join us in our new services. These roles will be to support Adult with Learning Disability and other complex healthcare needs in the community and Supported Living service in Crewe – Providing a great level of care and support to a vulnerable adult in a Community / Supported Living Setting. – Experience of supporting people with the behaviours that may be seen as challenging – Record keeping – Report writing/ Incident writing – Some personal care could be involved – Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of supported person far as possible. – Working together with the supported person family and professionals.
