Structural Design Engineer

A well-established Engineering consultancy in the UK are looking to take on a Structural Design Engineer on a contract basis.

Location: Remote working

Rate: ££ Competitive Rate

Contract Length: 12 months

️ Start Date: June

Role and Responsibilities:

– Liaise with site teams to develop construction sequences and identify where temporary structures will be required

-Design work of steel connections

-Production of drawings showing construction sequences and temporary structure details

-Rationalise client engineer designs and negotiate changes with client engineer

Requirements:

-Structural Engineer with min 5 years experience

-Experience designing temporary works would be desirable but not essential

-Experience designing steel connections would be a benefit

-Must have experience designing with all material types
