As the Head of Field Marketing, UK at YouGov, you will be instrumental in implementing our Brand Activation and Account-Based Marketing strategies in the region. Your role will involve overseeing the marketing operations in the UK and Ireland, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted initiatives. This is a hybrid role, so individuals must be able to commute to the London office at least 2 days a week.
This is a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Develop and implement YouGov’s UK Field Marketing strategy in accordance with the global marketing strategy and wider business objectives.
- Grow awareness of YouGov’s brand and our industry leading products & services throughout the UK and Ireland, our home region and second largest market.
- Demonstrate the value of YouGov’s data in various activations including events, partnerships and advertising.
- Develop Account Based Marketing campaigns to key accounts to grow revenue and share of wallet.
- Work closely with the UK Research team and commercial leads to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial objectives, priorities and key accounts.
- Work closely with the Product and Brand Marketing, and Gated Content Marketing teams to strategically launch, maintain and optimize activities across 15 priority sectors.
- Constantly monitor metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implementation of new structures and processes to help drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, having developed strategies in order to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Hands on experience managing a mixture of projects.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and technologies.
- Strong English copywriting skills, with a portfolio to support.
- Experience of marketing automation systems, CRMs and reporting tools (we use Marketo, Salesforce and PowerBi).
- Experience of developing and optimising multi-channel campaigns and always-on initiatives to drive ROI.
