Content Director at Insurtech Insights (London)

As our Content Director of Europe, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior main-stage speakers, set the agenda for the insurance industry\’s future by developing the topics covered at the Insurtech Insights Europe conference. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with key C-level executives across the market and grow your personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify timely and important questions shaping the future of insurance.
• Connect with senior industry leaders and confirm their participation in the conference.
• Lead and manage a team of Content Associates to develop an agenda with 400 speakers.
• Build relationships with industry leaders by delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Support the conference strategy and collaborate with other functional leaders.
• Report progress to senior leadership.
• Expand your industry relationships and access new networks.
• Build a personal brand on LinkedIn for future opportunities.
• Travel to all Insurtech Insights conferences in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
• Optionally join industry advisory boards and become more involved with the industry.
• Salary range: €60,000 to €100,000, depending on experience.

Experience requirements

• Understanding of industry trends and key players.
• Curious mindset.
• Experience speaking and networking with C-level executives.
• Experience with public speaking.
