A respected, design-led architecture studio is looking for a Lead Interiors role to join their London team and take ownership of a significant cultural project based in the Middle East. This is a chance to work on a major public building – such as a museum or performance venue – from concept through to delivery.

You will play a central role in shaping the interior architecture, working closely with senior team members, consultants, and clients to ensure design quality is carried through every stage.

The role includes:

  • Leading the interior scope on a landmark cultural project
  • Developing technical drawings, tender packages, and documentation through RIBA stages 3–5
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, and client-side teams across offices
  • Contributing to spatial strategy, material research, and interior detailing
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior designers within the team

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 years of experience, ideally within cultural, public or complex commercial projects
  • Strong technical delivery skills, with excellent knowledge of RIBA work stages
  • Confident using Revit and Rhino
  • Middle East or KSA project experience would be beneficial
  • Right to work in the UK or EU
  • Available to start quickly or with short notice
