We’re working with a world leading gaming company that has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join their team. You will report to the Product Director and oversee a small team of Project Managers. This role suits someone strategic, organised, and results-driven, with a passion for technology and delivering impact through strong leadership.
As Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, execution, reporting, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, supporting and managing a team of Project Managers.
- Take ownership of detailed planning and delivery across all project stages from inception and gate approval to development, testing, and certification.
- Coordinate effectively across projects to manage interdependencies.
- Maintain open and clear lines of communication across various departments.
- Build collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engage with delivery teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
