This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm known for providing specialist legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Due to the continued growth of the firm’s Motor department, they are looking to appoint a Paralegal to take on complex investigations for litigated cases. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated Fast Track Motor files, working closely under the guidance of a Technical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling a litigated caseload, with a strong understanding of the litigation process. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills further within a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a growing area of law.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience with Fast Track motor claims and the litigation process
- Familiarity with Credit Hire claims
- Proficient in using MOJ/OIC portals at all stages
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree/LPC is desirable
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload
- Effective both as part of a team and independently
- Strong legal insight and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
