Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims
- Represent clients effectively and in line with the firm’s standards and values
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Clinical Negligence department
- Conduct local business development and secure referrals
- Engage in marketing initiatives, including website content and client outreach
