Our PIB Group office have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and personable person to join the team as our new Finance Administrator. The role is to provide administrative support to the finance aspects of specified brands and functions including but not limited to invoicing, reconciliation, credit control and allocations Key Responsibilities: Process and apply cheques/BACS received to correct accounts on a daily basis. Own and manage the Credit Control function for specified brands. Check refunds for accuracy (adjusting and discarding as necessary) and correct authorisation before processing for the specified brands and products. Process all outgoing client cheques for claims, refunds, commissions and ad-hoc payments for specified brands and products. Process the ADDACS/ARRUD/AUDDIS advices as received for the specified brands and products. Process and control the credit note process in accordance with guidelines for the specified brands and products. Process all agent price deals in accordance with company guidelines specified brands and products. Play part in answering the finance telephone line, answering queries, taking and applying payments. Be responsible for specified finance email inbox, complying with an SLA of 48 hours from receipt. Using the finance system to update with information on a daily/ weekly basis as required. Downloading and coding of daily bank statements for specified brands. Process and apply cheques/BACS received to correct accounts on a daily basis. Reconciliation of accounts. Undertake adhoc duties which may include but are not limited to; additional credit control, manual invoicing, manual receipts and purchase ledger. Experience & Knowledge: Previous experience of working in a finance department with exposure to credit control. Good IT skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook and accounting systems.
