IT Security & Governanace Analyst to join a dynamic IT team paying up to 45k based near Chester. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s security posture by focusing on governance, risk, and compliance. There is an element of Hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular security assessments and audits Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures Monitor security incidents and respond effectively Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are followed Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends Assist in the implementation and management of security tools and technologies Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices Expertise in Cyber Essentials Experience in ITGC (IT General Controls) Knowledge of ITIL and other IT processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Salary up to 45k Company benefits package Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Location: Based near Deeside, Chester, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
