Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in print production, POS, and marketing campaign delivery? Are you looking for a hands-on, client-facing role with variety, ownership, and the chance to work on high-impact campaigns?
This role offers the opportunity to manage print and promotional projects for a fast-paced, well-established brand. You’ll collaborate with external suppliers, internal teams, and agency partners to ensure every campaign runs smoothly—from initial brief through to final delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Attending client meetings, taking detailed briefs, and briefing internal teams
- Providing expert advice and technical input across print and campaign solutions
- Managing full project lifecycles—from costing and scheduling to invoicing and delivery
- Coordinating timelines and ensuring smooth execution across multiple campaigns
- Briefing and managing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality standards
- Producing clear and detailed documentation for internal and external use
- Supporting with reporting, account admin, and contractual activity
- Exploring innovative approaches and suggesting alternative production methods
- Collaborating with wider teams to integrate warehousing or digital services as needed
- Attending occasional site visits and managing press passes where applicable
- Contributing to client growth and account development alongside senior colleagues
- Supporting audits and compliance checks, and capturing client feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in print production, POS, and promotional marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple, overlapping campaign timelines
- A commercial mindset with strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with suppliers, checking proofs, and managing quality control
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident problem-solving
- Background in client-facing roles, ideally within marketing, print, or production environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
- Experience working to SLAs and KPIs in a deadline-driven setting
- Bonus if you have experience managing or mentoring others
