Elevation IT are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our clients Tech team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware build and support, as well as proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components for client systems.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Office 365 applications.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, groups, and policies.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and support.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in hardware build and support.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
